When everyday happens and you don’t have a business card with you
I have business cards for both MacSources.com and for my photography business. Lately, I seem to find myself in more positions where someone asks for a card and I either don’t have one with me or I just don’t have the right one with me. This is where Tappy Card comes into play. Tappy Card is the size of a credit card and it functions off of NFC and QR Code technology. Tappy Card is a ‘smart business card’ and gives the user the option to share personal information with others without needing a separate business card.
Tappy Card became a great option for me because I always have my wallet with me and I never have to worry about not having individual business cards again. I can now simply have the asker pull their phone out and with a simple tap from my Tappy Card, all my info is right there. The best part is that it’s harder for the person to misplace the information because it’s going directly to the phone instead of relying on a person to keep track of a paper card, which can get discarded with other pocket trash.
