Satechi Quatro Wireless Power Bank REVIEW | MacSources
Convenient power on-the-go in a sleek package
It seems like there can never be enough options for portable power these days. I love power banks that provide multiple options to charge multiple devices since I am almost always using 2–3 mobile devices consistently throughout the day. There are many options out there for chargers like this, but they don’t all come from trustworthy companies. One of my favorite technology designers is Satechi and they happen to have a multi-use power back — the Quatro Wireless Power Bank. It gets its name from the fact that it can charge up to four devices at one time.
DETAILS
The Quatro Wireless Power Bank is a 10,000 mAh battery that combines wireless charging with connected cable charging through USB-A and USB-C connections. The wireless portion of the power bank is compatible with Qi wireless charging standards and there is also a built-in Apple Watch charger. This power bank has the ability to provide fast charging to iPhones with the USB-C PD charging port. It provides up to 18W of power. There are LED indicator lights, too, that inform the user about the power bank’s battery level and whether or not devices are charging. Even though there are four opportunities to charge devices, there is a note on the product’s webpage that states, “We recommend charging only up to three devices at a time.” There is no additional information on this note available.
