One of the things that my fiance and I have tried to take advantage of the past couple of years is day trips. We both love to see and experience new things, but longer trips are few and far between. We can, however, plan shorter trips that are close to home. With that in mind, The Metro Sling from Monos becomes a great option for a day pack. It’s roomy, but compact at the same time.

The Metro Sling is a bag that is designed to be worn at the waist or as a crossbody sling. It’s water-resistant and made from ultra-microfiber vegan leather. The Metro Sling is available in two versions — Nylon or Vegan Leather. There are interior pockets included and an integrated keychain carabiner to keep your valuables close at hand. There is a full-size hidden pocket that can be used for a wallet or phone so that those items are secure, but accessible. The sling has a built-in single strap for crossbody wearing. The Nylon version is available in four colors — Carbon Black, Oxford Blue, Juniper Green, or Dover Grey. The Vegan Leather version is available in three color options — Ivory, Saddle Tan, or Mahogany.
