Several months ago, I published a review for Mailbird for Mac. It’s a desktop email client that is designed to be sleek and efficient, but at the time I felt it was lacking some basic email functionality and design elements. I’m very happy to say that Mailbird obviously listens to their users’ feedback because they have released some impressive updates in the last month that cover many of the concerns that I voiced in my original review.

Our users have told us repeatedly how much they love the level of personalization in the Windows version of Mailbird, such as themes, colors, avatars, sidebar tweaks, and more. So, we’re bringing that same flexibility to Mac, along with a fresh and modern redesign.

The Mailbird development team has been working hard to put all of this in motion-rolling out two major updates in the last month (v1.2.0 and v1.2.1)-and there’s plenty more on the way.”
