I never had the issues you are referring to but if I would have I would be pretty upset. The biggest issue I am having with the chair after all of this time with it is that the cushion is feeling extremely hard. It’s not sinking in but when I sit it feels like I am sitting on a brick. I haven’t reached out to them yet but that’s the only negative experience I have had with them thus far.
